MAJIC BEAUTY COSMETICS ships to most countries worldwide via UPS and DHL for all domestic and international packages.

On occasion, MAJIC BEAUTY COSMETICS offer shipping promotions, at which time customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically.

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, delivery time may vary. Thank you for your patience

Ordering & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed. This includes your tracking information.

If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received, please contact customer@majicbeautycosmetics.com

Order not received

We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 10 days of processing, please email customer@majicbeautycosmetics.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.

Items not received

If you have not received your full order, please contact us at customer@majicbeautycosmetics.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number.

Please note, cases should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to customer@majicbeautycosmetics.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping

MAJIC BEAUTY COSMETICS parcels are shipped with either DHL or UPS depending on the country of delivery.

Prices also depend on what country your order is going to be delivered to.

However, please be aware that we offer free shipping on all orders above 55 Euro.

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days from the time you place it.

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL and UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Tax & duty charges

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax and duties applied by your local customs office. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website.
